Leadership

Crew Heads

​Crew Heads are responsible for managing their crews. Each crew will have two Crew Heads and at least one Mentee.  Some crews may be assigned more than one Mentee, depending on their crew. All Crew Heads must also interview for the position and fill out the leadership application (below).   

Teams

 Teams are lead by 3 to 5 individuals who wish to organize and facilitate different Players activities and events. We are looking for 3 to 5 leaders with at least one Mentee per group.

Mentees

Every crew and team will have at least one mentee. A mentee is an underclassman who is interested in learning more about a specific crew or team with the intent of one day applying for the leadership position. If selected as a mentee, you will learn the skills necessary to hold a leadership position and gain practical experience in the crew or team in which you work. ​A mentee must also interview for the position and fill out the leadership application (below).
